Dean W. Ibrahim, Esq.
Dean W. Ibrahim graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University in 1978, where he was on the Dean's List, President's List and a member of the Phi Kappa Phi National Honor Society. He earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law in 1981.
Following graduation from Villanova, Dean worked for the Bucks County Office of the Public Defender, where he prepared the defense of criminal felony and misdemeanor cases. Dean was involved in all phases of the process, from interviews, discovery, and motion practice, to hearings, jury trials, death penalty cases, and cases appearing before an investigating grand jury.
From 1990-1995, Dean worked with the firm of Grim, Biehn, Thatcher & Heif, specializing in all aspects of civil and criminal litigation, with a focus on personal injury and product liability in both state and federal courts. In 1995, he formed his own practice, Dean W. Ibrahim, Attorney at Law, specializing in criminal and civil litigation in both the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
In 2001, Dean formed Ibrahim & Mckillop, PC, a partnership with Donna M. McKillop, Esq., for the general practice of law.
Dean represented the Zoning Hearing Board of the Borough of Chalfont, Pennsylvania as solicitor from 2002-2005. He currently serves as solicitor for the Borough of Chalfont, advising on all municipal matters including zoning, land use, administrative and regulatory law, as well as the areas of employment and personnel.
Having served as a court-appointed arbitrator, Dean has excellent experience in conducting hearings, and issuing decisions with findings of fact and conclusions of law. He is also exceptionally skilled in the area of independent investigations.
